Corporate Profile Collingwood Appraisals Ltd. is an independent real estate appraisal and consulting firm centrally located within Greater Vancouver. The firm was established in 1972 in Burnaby, and 2007 marked our 35th anniversary. In 2002, the company relocated to the historic "Gatehouse" office complex on the former BC Penitentiary site, which is located at 319 Governors Court, New Westminster, BC. The firm offers appraisal and consulting services on all types of commercial, industrial, investment, and residential properties throughout British Columbia, with activities principally centred around Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Experience, competence, and reliability are the hallmarks of our firm. Our services range from short, concise narrative reports to full, detailed and comprehensive studies.
